My sister and I live in different parts of the country, and we come together twice a year to vacation together, we found Joseph’s condo many years ago, and we’ve stayed here many times since. The condo is decorated so beautifully and is always spotlessly clean, fully stocked with pans, silverware, everything you need to make a meal should you want too, and if we’ve ever need anything, Joseph has always responded immediately. The sunsets are unmatched, and the view from the balconies is absolutely stunning, SO gorgeous, we sit outside all of the time while we’re there. The main deck gives amazing sun for tanning and the other gives cool relief from the sun, the absolute best of both worlds . There are several restaurants within walking distance, there’s a Starbucks downstairs, there’s also a small store where you can buy little things, in case you forgot something. There is a Walmart that is down Front Beach Road across from Pineapple Willy’s, and you should try Pineapple Willy’s by the way, it’s absolutely delicious. Sharky’s is right across the street from the condo, it is also very Very good. senior El Frogo is also a good spot to go eat. There are several places in Panama City Beach for ice cream and good pizza. Nick’s is a great pizza place ,Thomas’s has amazing donuts and they have good pizza too. The condo itself is extremely spacious, and affords everyone a place to be alone and also come together as a group. We have never had any problems in the many times we’ve stayed, that were not immediately taken care of. We always look foward to vacationing at Joseph’s condo because it is so centrally located, almost smack in the middle of front breach road. You truly can’t find a better, cleaner, more beautifully decorated condo in PBC. I just can’t say enough good about our experiences with Joseph and this condo. I hope you have a fantastic time, like we’ve had, while in PCB at this condo!! It’s truly a fantastic spot.

The TopFloorSunset condo was perfect and very spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with two master suites and amazing ocean views. The two large balconies offered unforgettable sunsets, and the beach was just a two-minute walk. Great location near Pier Park, yet peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend.

Great place. My family and I will book Joseph’s place again. I love that there are things to do and eat within walking distance. Joseph was very responsive.

Even better than expected! A gorgeous view, very clean, spacious, friendly staff, great amenities. Utilized the kitchen and also enjoyed some area restaurants. Joseph is an excellent host and very responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay. Would absolutely stay again!

This location is very convenient to the beach and wonderful restaurants. The incredible views from every room with the peaceful balconies to enjoy the water and sunsets make it hands down the best place to stay in Panama City. The heated pool and hot tub on the property are an added bonus. There were 3 couples in our party and there was plenty of room and privacy for everyone. Joseph responded within minutes of any question I asked. We will absolutely return!

Joseph’s penthouse was absolutely stunning. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun stay. We were celebrating my mom’s birthday and her 30-year milestone, and this place made it so special.

Joseph was incredibly kind and welcoming, even with a previous review on my account that didn’t reflect who we really are. He took a chance on us, and I’m truly grateful for that. He was quick to respond to all my questions and made the whole experience smooth and easy.

This home was peaceful, well-organized, and full of thoughtful touches. We had such a great time and would absolutely love to come back again. Thank you, Joseph, for everything!

Perfect location! Close to lots of restaurants and shops! Steps to the private beach access! We had 6 adults and 6 children there was plenty of room for all of us! The place was clean and spacious! We would definitely stay here again!

The condo provides such a relaxing atmosphere. Top floor views are unmatched. The hallways were quiet and never cluttered, elevator was not an issue, never waited long. The condo was equipped with kitchen amenities that exceed most every other property we have stayed at. The walk to the beach is quick with access directly across the street from the condo. So many options for eating and night entertainment close by. Joseph was always quick to respond and so helpful in providing direction. I was skeptical of PCB, but after this stay I would do it again without a thought thanks to the experience Joseph provided for our family.

We enjoyed our vacation despite parking confusion and hassles, which seemed linked to a particular employee. The facility was well-stocked and very clean, and the owner was accommodating, with great communication throughout our stay. The beach was just across the street, a short and easy walk. Many good restaurants, ice cream spots, and more were within walking distance. The heated pool was fantastic, and we even rented the theater (for free) for a family movie night. Highly recommend! Just wish the parking situation were better, but that is beyond the owner’s control as it’s part of the facility.

This place was absolutely gorgeous!! Easy access to restaurants & the beach!! Amazing of the ocean!! It was so spacious!! My family & I lived it!! We will book again!! The only issue, make sure you fill in the dates on your parking pass. They should already be filled in, but the owners live in another state so they rely on the people they pay to do this & they did not have them filled in for us. We received a citation, but the property was very understanding of the situation & we did not have to pay anything.
