Joseph’s place was the perfect home for our summer vacation! The home had everything we needed, it was spacious, both balconies overlooking the ocean were the most peaceful place to sit and relax anytime of the day. Quick communication and responses from host! Walkable distance to great restaurants. The beach access was more than ideal, we would definitely stay here next time.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful unit. We had the best view of the beach and worked very well for our diverse group. The beach is easily accessible without getting in the car and our group was able to spread out when needed. The sleeping arrangements were very accommodating for our needs. The building staff were extremely nice and helpful whenever needed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for sharing your home!

This place was perfect for 10 adults! Beautiful view! Balconies were wonderful! This place was everything and more. As a group, we ate at the starbucks downstairs multiple times and it was so convenient! Sharky’s across the street had great food and great ambience. Everything was super clean! Couldn’t recommend this place more!

I have been vacationing in PCB for the last 4 years and this was by far my best stay due to our beautiful AirBnB! Joseph always texted us with updates and responded quickly if we had any additional needs. If you are looking for a place that has it all, this is it!

The views are incredible, the location amazing, the Origins building was very nice and the staff was very kind and helpful and always on alert (if you don’t have your bracelet, you will be asked about it). The condo itself is very nice and was clean (I’m super anal so I always bring stuff to clean the bathtub so I did a bit of cleaning on ours here, but you could tell they do clean it after every visitor). There were plenty of pots and silverware and dishes and some beach toys, extra sheets and a beach tent. We used the small stackable laundry machines daily and that was such a nice feature! AC/heat was great for us as it was chilly half of the time and warm the other half. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we will definitely be coming back! Joseph went over and above to help us with a pretty big date mistake on our end and I could not brag enough about his communication and kindness! 10/10

This was truly one of the most enjoyable places we have ever stayed on vacation. The home was exactly as described with 3 beautiful bedrooms and 3 spacious and clean bathrooms that gave our family of 6 plenty of restful space. The large kitchen was well-organized, making it easy to cook for our family when we chose to eat in, and there were plenty of restaurant choices in the Pier Park area for nights we chose to eat out. While the home itself was beautiful, comfortable, and pristine, nothing could have prepared us for the breathtaking view of the ocean from the balconies. The blue of the ocean was incredibly calming as we sat on the 17th floor balcony and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets, dolphins, and schools of fish. The pool and hot tub were pleasant, and the private beach access was an added bonus. Joseph is friendly, provides all the information you need for a worry-free stay and responded quickly if we had any questions. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful home!

Very accurate listing! Perfect for a large family. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops! Anything you could possibly need in close proximity. Beach access is directly across the road! Very clean. Host was very responsive when we were unable to find the parking pass/wristbands.

Some beach equipment provided including a couple pool floats, 2 umbrellas, a few bag chairs (not traditional beach chairs), a small tent like pop up and a pop up canopy (we attempted to use it, but one side of the frame seemed to be broken so we weren’t able to)

Would definitely book again.

We drove down from CT to visit family and got here earlier than expected.

We asked if we could possibly check in early, and Joseph was kind enough to let us!

There were a couple little quirks that we had to ask about, but they were taken care of immediately and that was that!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous and in a great location.

Joseph is a great host!

The view from his condo is the best we’ve seen. His condo is very comfortable and spacious. We had two families that shared the condo and there was plenty of room for all of us. The condo location is perfect! There’s lots to do within a short distance from the condo. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back in the future. Joseph is kind, caring and quick to respond.

By far one of the best places we have stayed in Panama City Beach. We usually come several times a year and we will definitely be staying with Joseph again. Joseph was the perfect host and has a beautiful place in Panama City Beach. The place might be across from the beach but you still get the same beautiful view. I’ve stayed at other places that are right on the beach that take longer just to get down to the water. I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay at the beach to stay here.
