Hello! This was my very first time using Airbnb & last minute’s planning. I seen Joseph place it was beautiful & the reviews was good. I booked , Joseph accepted it at last minutes , He walk me through the process , Joseph Was very responsive even when I had to call him in the middle of the night. Joseph home is spacious nice view throughout the home . Nice & Clean me & my friends felt right at home . 6-7 minutes from retail stores such as Marshal , Ross, Walmart & eating place . Beach right across the street!!!!! I definitely will book with Joseph on my next trip to Panama . Everything was GREAT!!!!!

Joseph was extremely responsive throughout the rental process. 1704 is in a great location, wonderful room layout that comfortable beds and plenty of common room, two balconies with amazing views, and the privacy/quietness of being on the top floor (17th) even during spring break. Will definitely stay in contact and rent this property again when staying in PCB!

Loved our stay! The condo is beautiful and has great views of the beach and the Panama City Beach skyline. Sharky’s and Señor Frogs are right across the street and some other great restaurants like Diego’s are within walking distance. Had a few small issues, but they were resolved quickly by Joseph. Our group absolutely loved our trip and yes the pool is actually heated (not just by the sun).

Be advised to check your tires. There is a lot of construction in the area and I got a flat tire in the overflow lot, but other than that it was an amazing stay!

Joseph was such a wonderful host, had great communication and was willing to honor an early check-in so we could beat the incoming tropical storm. The building is beautiful, the space has a great layout, and the staff was accommodating. It was out first time visiting the area and we will be back!

This penthouse was perfect . Very beautiful The location was great. The access to the beach was very easy and close . If you like sharkys , it’s just literally cross the road . No need to fight traffic . I highly recommend this as your next beach vacation

A must visit again.. we had everything we needed in the kitchen, super clean, plenty of space the view was absolutely AMAZING!! We will be going back without a doubt.. Joseph was super prompt to respond and even let us check in an hour early.. AMAZING.. Thank you!

Had a few issues with plumbing and the condominiums have piping problems where the dryer doesn’t always work but all in all the location and condo were amazing. The tiny problem we did have, Joseph, replied right away and had people there the next day. You can’t beat the location or view and the owner was very polite, prompt, and professional! We will never stay anywhere else in Panama. Cannot wait to go back next summer!

Excellent in everything in location, the building everything is excellent, recommended a thousand percent, we want all our vacations to be here, it is close to everything, if you get a date, do not lose it, it is the ideal place and the spectacular beach. 😊👌🎉

This condo was absolutely beautiful!!! The view with the outdoor balconies is stunning!! And right near wonderful restaurants with live music. Also, host got back to me very quickly on any questions we had. A++

Great place to stay, great host! We have visited the last two years and hope that we will be able to again next year.

The condo is well equipped and comfortable. We had one minor issue with the parking pass because the cleaner didn’t follow through. Our host had it resolved quickly and easily. We spent the rest of the week relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view, great seafood and even occasionally the hot tub!
